Sesame Oil Chicken Noodles

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the mushroom for 2 hours and rinse the wolfberries.

Step 2
Chop the chicken thigh into pieces. Marinate with some sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar and rice wine for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Cook the noodles in boiling water and drain. Place into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and some rice wine. Mix well and set aside.

Step 4
Heat a pan and add some sesame oil. Sear the chicken with ginger and mushroom until half done.

Step 5
Bring 400mL water and 200mL rice wine to boil and add wolfberries. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until alcohol evaporates. Season with some salt.

Step 6
Pour the broth over the noodles and ready to serve.
