Sesame Chiffon Cake

Sesame is a powerful anti-aging food. It nourishes blood, which prevents hair greying and rouges your cheeks. Apart from sesame powder, sesame sauce and oil are used to enrich the aroma.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Slightly beat the egg yolks. Add 30g sugar into 3 times in the yolks until beat until pale yellow

Step 2
Add the salad oil, sesame oil, black sesame sauce and milk respectively

Step 3
Add the sieved cake flour, black sesame powder, salt and mix well

Step 4
Slightly beat the egg white. Add 40g sugar into 3 times and beat until stiff peak

Step 5
Fold in 1/3 of the egg white mixture in the egg yolk mixture

Step 6
Then fold the egg yolk mixture back to the egg white mixture

Step 7
Pour the egg batter in the cake mold, slightly tap the mold on the table to release bubble

Step 8
Place in the oven and bake it for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and flip it over and let cool. Remove the cake from the mold and ready to serve.
