Seaweed Tofu and Meat Ball Soup

Step 1
Soak, rinse and drain the seaweed. Dice the tofu and set aside.

Step 2
Marinate the minced pork with light soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, sugar, ground white pepper, sesame oil and corn starch for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Bring the chicken broth, water and ginger to boil on medium heat. Spoon the minced pork into the pot and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 4
Add tofu and cook for 5 minutes. Add seaweed and bring the soup to boil.

Step 5
Season with salt and ready to serve.
