combine sticky rice with water

Step 3
combine minced pork with the minced onion, ginger, and green onions

Step 4
Prepare the seaweeds by cutting into circular shapes

Step 5
Steam the sticky rice

Step 6
combine the sticky rice with the minced pork mixture

Step 7
Mix well with a pair of chopsticks

Step 8
Add a spoonful of pork & sticky rice mixture in the center of the seaweed

Step 9
Gently fold the seaweed inwards to form the shape of a siu mai

Step 10
Steam the Siu Mai on high heat for 5 minutes

Step 11
Top with some finely chopped carrots for decoration
