Seaweed Pork and Tofu Roll with Teriyaki Sauce

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the Sansui Pan-fried Tofu into pieces and pat dry completely.

Step 2
Mix together mirin, brown sugar and Japanese cooking wine, Japanese soy sauce.

Step 3
Wrap the tofu with the pork belly and seaweed. Coat with corn starch.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add the tofu roll and sear until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.

Step 5
Heat the seasoning until thickened and spread on the roll.

Step 6
Sprinkle with pine nuts and ready to serve.
