Seared Tofu Steak with Mango Salsa

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Spoon and dice the mangoes. Dice the red onions. Seed the red bell pepper, green bell pepper and tomato. Chop the cilantro. Pat dry the hard tofu and thickly slice. Julienne the red cabbage.

Step 2
Mix together mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, tomato, cilantro, lime juice, honey, Kyowa Freeze Dried Natto, salt and black pepper.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add tofu and sear until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to a plate.

Step 4
Layer the red cabbage on a plate. Place tofu on top. Pour mango salsa and sprinkle with Kyowa Freeze Dried Natto (granulated). Ready to serve.
