Seared Sea bass with Butter Mustard Sauce

In a pan, add some olive oil and sauté garlic and peppercorn until fragrant.

4.Add water (about 100mL, just enough to cover half of the fillet), bay leaves and cook until the water has almost evaporate about 5 minutes on low heat. Transfer to the plate.

Prepare the butter mustard sauce. In a pan, melt the butter.

Step 6
Add the whipping cream, mustard, lemon juice, sugar, salt and black pepper. Cook until the sauce has thickened.
