Seared Salmon with Blueberry Balsamic Sauce

Step 1
Marinate the salmon with salt and black pepper for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Julienne the shallots and set aside.

Step 3
In a pan, add some olive oil on a medium heat. Sear the salmon until golden brown on both sides.

Step 4
In another pot, add some olive oil. Add the shallots and sauté until fragrant.

Step 5
Add Smucker’s® Regular Blueberry and red wine. Bring it to boil.

Step 6
Add butter and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and cook until thickened.

Step 7
Drizzle the sauce over the salmon.
