Fried potato cake is suitable dish for all ages, this time chose salmon in the main role, together with the onion and parsley to give a bit of Chinese style. To make it a western then you can add some basil instead.

Chop the green onion and cilantro

Peel the potato and cut into pieces

Season the salmon with salt and black pepper

In a pot, bring the water to boil and cook the potato until soft. Drain well

In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sear the salmon until golden brown on both sides and cook inside
