Chop the cilantro.

Step 2
Heat up a pan, add some oil. Roast the peanut, almond and let cool. Place in the zipper bag and use the rolling pin to break into pieces.

Mash the tofu.

Add the peanut, almond, cilantro, corn starch, salt, black pepper, egg and mix well.

Step 5
Form the tofu mixture into patties.

Step 6
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Cook the tofu patties until golden brown on both sides and ready to serve.
