Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the noodle. Combine the water and salt until the salt has dissolved

Add the bread flour and all-purpose flour into the Whirlpool m.a.x. Pâtisserie pan. Pour the salt water with the flour. Cover the lid. Select No. 6 ‘Noodle’ preset program and press ‘Start’

Once the dough is ready, sprinkle some flour on the surface area and roll the dough flat, then use a cutter to cut into noodle

In a pot, bring the water to boil and cook the noodle for 5-7 minutes until the noodle is soft. Transfer to the cold water to cool down, drain and set aside

Prepare the soup. Cut the tomato and onion into pieces. Halve the straw mushroom

Clean and devein the shrimp. Cut the squid in rings

Step 7
Place the lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves, lime and garlic in the Whirlpool Slow Juicer and juice

Step 8
Combine the juice, water, Thai bird chili, tomato, onion and mushroom. Bring it boil and cook for 8-10 minutes. Add the shrimp and squid

Turn off the heat the add fish sauce, palm sugar, salt and pepper until the sugar is completely dissolve

Pour it over the noodle, add the cilantro
