Seafood Tom Yum Soup

Step 1
Clean and peel the shrimps but leave the tail, cut the squid into rings

Lightly pound the lemongrass and cut into section

Step 3
Slice the galangal

Step 4
Cut the tomato and onion into pieces

Halve the straw mushroom

In a pot, add some oil and sauté the garlic, onion, lemon grass and galangal until fragrant

Add water and bring it to boil

Break the Thai chili in half and add tomato, onion, oyster mushroom and straw mushroom, cook for 8-10 minutes

Turn off the heat and add the lime juice, fish sauce, coconut sugar, salt and pepper

Cover the lid

Let it sit until the sugar is dissolved, ready to serve
