Seafood Stew with White Wine Sauce

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Remove the internal organs, eye and skin of the cleaned squid. Then cut into rings

Step 2
In a pot, melt the butter on a medium high heat. Sauté the onion, shallot and garlic until fragrant

Step 3
Add the white wine. Add Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 250mL. Bring it to boil

Step 4
Add the clams and cover with lid

Step 5
When the clam starting to open, add the shrimp and squid and cook for 5 minutes until the seafood are fully cooked

Step 6
Season with salt and white pepper. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and ready to serve
