Seafood Spaghetti with Korean Spicy Sauce

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the shrimp, scallop and squid with Chinese cooking wine, salt and white pepper for 20 minutes

Step 2
Finely dice the onion and carrot. Mince the garlic

Step 3
In a pot, bring the water to boil and add a pinch of salt. Cook the spaghetti until soft, drain and transfer to the plate

Step 4
Heat up a pan over medium high heat, add some oil and sauté the shrimp, scallop and squid about half way and set aside

Step 5
In the same pan, add some oil and sauté the garlic, onion and carrot until fragrant. Add the chicken broth, ketchup, sugar and Chung Jung One Sunchang Red Pepper Paste(Original)

Step 6
Cook the sauce until thicken, add the seafood back and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour it over the spaghetti
