Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.Clean, peel and devein the shrimps. Cut the squid into rings.

Step 2
Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves.

Step 3
In a pot, bring the water to boil, add some salt and cook the spaghetti until al dente.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil and sauté the garlic and shallot until fragrant.

Step 5
Add the shrimps, squid, mussels and cook for 1 minute.

Step 6
Add the white wine, cherry tomatoes, chopped tomato, spaghetti, ketchup and toss well. Season with salt and black pepper.

Step 7
Place the parchment paper in a large bowl and add the spaghetti inside, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, mix well and add the seafood.

Step 8
Wrap up the parchment paper and place in the oven and cook it for 10 minutes.

Step 9
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and ready to serve.
