Seafood Puff Pot Pie

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Step 2
In a medium sized pot, heat up olive oil and sauté onion and garlic for about 3 minutes or until soft.

Step 3
Stir in flour. Make sure all the flour is well mixed into the onion mixture. Slowly pour in the stock, stirring as you add it in. Keep stirring until the mixture is smooth.

Step 4
Cook in medium low heat for about 2 minutes. Add in milk and mix well. Let it simmer. Season salt and black pepper and stir in frozen vegetables and chopped chives.

Step 5
Pat the seafood dry and cut into small chunks. Season with salt and black pepper. Place seafood into a baking dish and pour in the cream sauce. Mix well.

Step 6
Unfold the puff pastry and place a baking tray over. Cut the pastry along the edge of the tray, put it back on the tray and press along the edge to seal it. Use a sharp knife to cut slits in top of the crust to let the steam out.

Step 7
Bake until the crust is golden brown, about 20 minutes. Ready to serve.
