Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Wash and rinse the Chinese cabbage and cut into pieces.

Step 2
Place the clam in salt water to remove the sands.

Step 3
Take off the crab shell and remove the gills. Cut into 4 pieces and rinse well.

Step 4
Clean the shrimp and trim off the legs. Slightly cut the back and remove the intestines.

Step 5
Clean the squid and cut into pieces. Slightly cut into cross pattern and then cut into pieces.

Step 6
Peel and slice the ginger. Cut the leeks in section and chop the cilantro.

Step 7
In a pot, add some oil and sauté the ginger, leeks, crab, shrimp, clam and quick stir for 2 minutes.

Step 8
Add enough water, Chinese cooking wine to cover the ingredients. Bring it to boil over high heat. Then reduce the heat to low and cover the lid. Cook for 20 minutes.

Step 9
Add the Chinese cabbage, squid and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 10
Season with white pepper and salt, sprinkle with cilantro and ready to serve.
