Seafood Paella

Like to order the Paella with a big pan when visiting a Spinach restaurant, but if do not have a pan like that? Use a regular sauté pan can also make this dish.

Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onion

Step 2
Cut the chorizo into small dice

Step 3
Cut the chorizo into small dice

Clean and cut the squid into pieces

Heat up a pan over medium high heat, add some oil and sauté the garlic, onion and chorizo until fragrant

Step 6
Add the rice and mix together. Add the chopped tomato, chicken broth, and bring it to boil

Cover the lid and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes

Step 8
Remove the cover, stir the rice and add the prawn, squid and add about 50mL water

Step 9
Cover the lid and let it cook until the prawns and squid are fully cook for about 7-8 minutes

Step 10
Remove the cover, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve
