The kale crisps are easy to make! Simply coat with olive oil, sea salt and vinegar and bake. Crispy yet not as devil as potato chips. A healthy choice of snacks!

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 170°C. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. Rinse and drain the kale. Shred into small pieces.

Step 2
Add olive oil, white vinegar and sea salt. Make sure every piece of kale is coated with seasoning.

Step 3
Place on the baking tray evenly. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crispy. Ready to serve.
