Cut tomatoes into wedges, spring onion into section and smash garlic

Step 2
Mix ketchup with 1 tbs of water and white pepper

Step 3
Scramble egg with salt and cook until just set

Step 4
Sauté garlic until fragrant, add tomato and add in ketchup sauce

Step 5
Add sugar and mix in egg and spring onion

Step 6
Mix in corn starch water and cook until thicken and serve immediately
