Step 1
In a mixer, mix together the dry ingredients

Slowly add the water and mix until the dough is smooth

Divided the dough into 6 pieces

Use the rolling pin to form the dough into a thin layer

Brush the layer of vegetable oil between each layer

Place in the fridge for 30 minutes

Roll the dough into a thin layer (as thin as possible). Mix the melted butter and oil, brush it over the dough

Sprinklw with green onion

Push the edge from bottom to top then swirl the dough

Cover and let it proof for an hour

Then roll the dough in flat

In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Cook the dough until golden brown on both sides
