Step 1
Wash the spinach and cut the end off

Slice the pork and marinate for 20 minutes

Mince the ginger and garlic

Peel and slice the carrot

In a pan, add oil on a high heat. Sauté the pork and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown

Transfer to the plate and set aside

In the same pan, add the ginger and garlic until fragrant

Add the spinach and carrot, cook until the spinach is tender

Add the pork back and cook until the pork is fully cook

Step 10
Seasoning with Chiense cooking wine, salt, sigar and sesame oil
