Sautéed Snow Peas with Lotus Root

Rinse the black fungus and cut into pieces. Rinse Chinese yam, peel and slice it.

Step 2
Rinse carrot, peel and slice it. Remove strings of snow peas and clean them.

Step 3
Peel and slice the lotus root, and slice the garlic.

Step 4
In a pot, blanch all ingredients quickly then drain.

Step 5
Heat the frying pan, sauté sliced garlic with oil, then add all ingredients.

Step 6
Add some salt and keep pan-frying. Put some corn starch for condensing sauce. Ready to serve.
