Step 1
Marinate the sliced lamb with light soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, corn starch, water and white pepper for 15 minutes

Step 2
Wash and rinse the water spinach. Cut the water spinach in section

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant

Step 4
Add the lamb, Chinese cooking wine, vegetarian BBQ sauce and cook until the sliced lamb are separate

Step 5
Add the water spinach, sugar and white pepper

Step 6
Cook until the water spinach is soft, add the red chili pepper and sesame oil.Ready to serve
