Sautéed Oyster with Ginger and Green Onion

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Defrost the oysters and clean the oysters with corn starch. Rinse with water and blanch.

Step 2
Drain the oysters and coat with a thin layer of corn starch.

Step 3
Chop the green onion into sections.

Step 4
Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the ginger until fragrant. Sear the oyster until golden brown.

Step 5
Add aged Chinese cooking wine, sea salt, ground white pepper and green onion. Stir well.

Step 6
Mix together oyster sauce, honey, soy sauce and water. Pour into the pan and stir well. Cook until the sauce is boiled. Ready to serve.
