Peeled shrimp10 pc

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Remove the shells of the shrimps and clean them. Marinate the shrimps with egg white and corn starch. Place inside a frige to chill for 2 hours

Step 2
Brew the Biluchun tea leaves with about 100mL hot water, set aside

Step 3
Heat up some oil in a wok, add the shrimps to quickly saute until medium rare

Step 4
Add the brewed tea and season with salt
