Sauté Crab Meat with Ginger and Chicken Clay Pot

Step 1
Clean and cut the chicken into pieces. Marinade the chicken for 20-30 minutes

Step 2
Slice the ginger and cut the green onion into section

Step 3
Slice the red chili pepper

Add oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the ginger, green onion and red chili until fragrant

Step 5
Add the chicken and cook until golden brown

Step 6
Add the chicken broth and cook it for 10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked

Heat the clay pot on a medium heat, add some oil and sauté the crab meat paste until fragrant

Add the chicken mixture to the crab meat paste and mix together

Make sure the chicken is coated with the crab meat paste

Step 10
Cover and cook until the pot is sizzling
