Sauté Black Beans Mushroom with Water Spinach

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Wash and soak mushroom and black beans

Step 2
Rinse water spinach and dice stems into small cubes

Step 3
Mince garlic and black beans together

Step 4
When mushrooms are soften, remove stems and cut into small cubes

Step 5
In a hot pan with oil, stir fry garlic and black beans until fragrant

Step 6
Add mushrooms and pour in Chinese cooking wine and water spinach

Step 7
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce to taste and cut in chili pepper. Quick stir and plate
