Once the dough has risen, roll into a log, then divide into 8 equal portions

Roll the equal portions into a log

Then wrap the dough around a sausage

Rest the sausage bun dough on a oil-brushed tray. Allow the dough to rise for 30 minutes

Step 5
Brush with a layer of egg wash

Step 6
bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, ready to serve
