Satay Wagyu Beef with Vermicelli Pot

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Minced the garlic

Step 2
Slice the ginger and cut the green onion into section

Step 3
Season the beef with salt and pepper

Step 4
In the clay pot, add oil on a high heat, sear the beef until golden brown and set aside

In the same pot, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant

Step 6
Add satay sauce, sugar, Chinese cooking wine and cook for a minute, then add water and bring it to boil

Step 7
Add vermicelli and cook until it almost absorb the liquid

Step 8
Add the beef back quick stir

Step 9
Cover the lid and let it cook for 2 minutes

Step 10
Add the green onion and red chilies. Mix together and ready to serve
