Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Wash and cut water spinach and cabbage into sections. Cut onion and carrots and strips

Step 2
Marinade lamb with garlic, satay sauce, oil and oyster sauce for 10 minutes

Step 3
In a pot of hot water, add carrots, cabbage and water spinach

Step 4
In a hot pan with oil, sauté onion until fragrant. Add lamb and sauté for 5 minutes and reserve

Step 5
Pour vegetable and broth into clay pot

Step 6
Add cooked lamb and mushrooms and serve hot
