This Beef and Vermicelli Pot is a very popular and common dish in dai pai dong. It is very easy to cook at home as well!

Step 1
Julienne the green bell pepper and onion. Rinse and remove the stems of the enoki mushroom. Mince the garlic. Soak the vermicelli until soft and set aside.

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic, onion, green bell pepper and sauté until fragrant.

Step 3
Add beef, peanut and satay sauce and stir-fry until the beef is half-cooked.

Step 4
Add enoki mushrooms, vermicelli, water and bring to boil.

Step 5
Add dark soy sauce, sesame oil and mix well. Ready to serve.
