Step 1
Minced the garlic, grated the ginger and finely chopped the cilantro

Step 2
Dice the chicken into medium size

Step 3
Place the chicken in the zipper bag

Step 4
In the mixing bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and mix it together with the whisk

Pour the satay mixture into the zipper bag with the chicken

Step 6
Shake until the chicken is coated with the marination

Step 7
place in the fridge for 3-4 hours or up to 1 day

Step 8
Skewer 3-4 pieces chicken, and place on the baking pan

Step 9
cook for about 15-20 minutes in a 180C oven

Ready to serve
