Cut the lime in half, then smashed the lemongrass

spread the juice over the fish scale

Squeeze the lime juice on the fish

stuff the lemongrass inside the fish and through the mouth

Place the fish on the baking pan ,and spread the coarse salt evenly over the fish

place in the preheat oven at 200C for 20 minutes until cooked

Finely chopped the onion, add the sushi vinegar, fish sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, honey, cilantro stem and chili pepper
