Daikon400 g
Korean chili powder1 tbsp
Sugar1 tbsp
Fish sauce2 tsp
White vinegar1 tsp
Garlic4
Green onion1
Salt
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Peel and julienne the daikon. Dice the green onion and mince the garlic.

Step 2
Marinate the daikon with salt for 30 minutes. Wash away the salt and drain.

Step 3
Mix together with Korean chili powder, sugar, garlic, green onion, fish sauce and white vinegar. Ready to serve.
