Salted Fish with Tofu and Diced Chicken Pot

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate for 20 minutes

Step 2
Cut the tofu in bite sizes. Pan fry the tofu on medium heat until golden on all sides, about 5-6 minutes

Step 3
Remove the bone from the salted fish and minced

Step 4
In the same pan, add oil on a medium heat. Sauté ginger and ginger

Step 5
Add salted fish until fragrant, then add the chicken and cook until golden brown, add the Chinese cooking wine to deglaze

Step 6
Transfer the chicken to the clay pot

Step 7
Add chicken broth and bring it to boil then add the tofu and cook for 10 minutes until the sauce is reduce by half

Add corn starch water to thicken the sauce
