Wash and divide the Chinese broccoli into leafs and stems (as shown in the picture.)

Step 4
Cut the salty fish into small pieces

Step 5
Add salty fish, ginger, and minced garlic. Saute until salty fish is golden

Step 6
Add Chinese cooking wine and Chinese broccoli

Step 7
Add brown sauce and bring to a boil

Step 8
Ready to serve
