Salted Egg Yolk Chicken Wing

Season the chicken wings with salted egg yolks and butter. Exceptionally appetizing!

Step 1
Mince the garlic and dice the red bird chili.

Step 2
Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Marinate with light soy sauce, Chinese rose wine, light brown sugar, salt, ground white pepper, corn starch and sesame oil for at least 1 hour.

Step 3
Steam the salted egg yolks for 4-5 minutes and mince them.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil ono medium heat. Add chicken wings and sear until golden brown on both sides.

Step 5
Heat another pan on medium heat. Add butter and cook until melts. Add garlic, red bird chili and stir fry until fragrant.

Step 6
Add salted egg yolks and stir fry until there are bubbles. Add chicken wings and mix well. Ready to serve.
