Step 1
Peel and cut the hairy gourds into pieces. Separate the egg white and egg yolk of salted egg. Slice the pork.

Step 2
Marinate the pork with light soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and corn starch for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add ginger, hairy gourds, lean pork and salted egg yolk. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.

Step 4
Add salted egg white and mix well. Ready to serve.
