Salmon300 g
Seaweed5 g
Tofu1 box
Miso50 g
Green onion
Water1000 ml
Cabbage200 g
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Dice salmon, tofu and green onion. Chop cabbage.

Step 2
Stir-fry salmon with a little oil on medium heat.

Step 3
Add cabbage and stir-fry. Add water and bring to boil. Then add tofu.

Step 4
Add miso and seaweed. Bring to boil on low heat. Sprinkle with green onion and ready to serve.
