Salmon Sashimi and Assorted Vegetables Lo Hei

Step 1
Mix together Japanese sesame paste, sushi vinegar, Japanese soy sauce, orange juice and salt.

Step 2
Peel the carrot and orange. Remove the first layer of leaves of red cabbage.

Step 3
Julienne the carrot, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, black fungus, red cabbage and Chinese donut.

Step 4
Combine black fungus with sesame oil. Slice the orange fresh.

Step 5
Layer all julienned ingredients on the plate. Layer salmon and orange in the middle.

Step 6
Sprinkle with white sesame and place gold leaf on top. Ready to serve.
