Step 1
Season the salmon with salt and black pepper.

In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sear the salmon until golden brown and cover the lid. Cook until the salmon is cooked.

Break the salmon into pieces.

Cut the cherry tomato in half.

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sauté the garlic and shallot until fragrant.

Step 6
Add the San Remo Elbow, salmon flake, cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.

Step 7
Turn off the heat, add the butter and stir well.

Step 8
Sprinkle with some chopped parsley and ready to serve.
