Salmon Head Mustard Green and Tofu Soup

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the mustard green into sections. Separate the stems and the leaves.

Step 2
Dice the SanSui Silken Tofu.

Step 3
Rinse and pat the salmon head dry. Marinate with salt, white pepper and Chinese cooking wine for 15 minutes.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add ginger and sauté until fragrant.

Step 5
Coat the salmon head with corn starch. Sear until golden brown on both sides.

Step 6
Add the mustard green stems and boiling water. Bring to boil on medium heat.

Step 7
Add mustard green leaves, tofu and cook for another 3 minutes. Season with salt and ready to serve.
