Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Diced the salmon in bite size

Step 2
Finely chop the red onion and dice the tomato

Step 3
Chop the cilantro and green onion

Step 4
In a mixing bowl, zest the lime and lemon

Step 5
Squeeze the lime and lemon juice in the bowl. Combine the olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, fish sauce and sugar

Add the salmon, red onion, tomato, cilantro mixture and marinate for 5-10 minutes
