Mother’s Day is a time to honor our mothers. How are you going to celebrate with her? Give her a bunch of carnations or cook a delicious meal for her? Why not both?

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, add the cooked rice, sushi vinegar, sugar and mix well

Step 2
Cut the salmon and cucumber into strips

Step 3
Beat the egg and season with some salt and white pepper

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat and cook the egg until slightly golden brown on both sides and set aside

Step 5
Place the nori sheet on the bamboo mat. Add the rice about half of the nori sheet

Step 6
Place the egg skin over the rice and the salmon on top. Place the cucumber at the edge of the rice

Step 7
Place the egg skin over the rice and the salmon on top. Place the cucumber at the edge of the rice

Step 8
Roll the bamboo mat from the bottom to form a raindrop roll

Step 9
Cut the roll into pieces and ready to serve
