Mousse is rich in texture and yummy so it becomes a popular dessert. With merging the pink into white, Sakura Mousse melts girls’ hearts. This is an all-rounded enjoyment for both your eyes and tongue. No matter for beloved one or BFF, it is surprising and impressive.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the salted Sakura into cold water

Step 2
Mix egg yolk with 125g milk and steam it under low heat

Step 3
Put 1.5pcs of gelatin into cold water until soft. Add it to mixture of egg yolk and milk then let cool down.

Step 4
Add 1tbsp of white Rum and mix well

Step 5
Mix whipping cream and sugar. Whip it to 70% foam-like and add to the mixture as well

Step 6
Keep whipping until it becomes glue-like. Flatten the surface and put it in fridge for 20 minutes

Step 7
Now make the glassy surface of mousseAdd 1pc of gelatin to cold water and add some warm water in with colorless fruit paste. Keep stirring during the process until all are well-mixed.

Take the mousse out from fridge and pour the glassy liquid on top. Then put it back to fridge for 5 to 10 minutes. Then take it out from fridge again. Dry the soaked salted Sakura by kitchen paper and
