放入 預熱180℃的烤箱中烤12分鐘

Heat the unsalted butter in pan until it becomes white thick liquid and put it aside for cooling down.

Whip egg white with sugar until it becomes soft foam

Step 5
Add the heated butter and mix well.

Step 6
Put it in 180°C pre-heated oven for 12 minutes. Done
