Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until soft

In a pot, combine the whipping cream, sugar and bring it to simmer until the sugar has melted. Remove from the heat

Add the gelatin to the cream mixture and whisk until melt

Whisk in the lemon juice and rosewater

Step 5
Pour the mixture in the glass and refrigerate overnight or until it set

Garnish with strawberries, dried rose petals
