Cut the butter (cold) into small cubes

In a mixing bowl, combine egg with milk

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt

Add cubed butter and dry rosemary. Add sugar. Pinch with your hands and mix the ingredients until resemble bread crumbs

Slowly add in the milk mixture. Knead until a smooth dough is formed

Wrap the dough with cling film

And gently press down to form a 2-cm thick disc. Refrigerate for an hour

Take off the dough

Divide the dough into 4 pieces

Bake at a preheated oven (200 degree Celsius) for 20 minutes until golden on the outside
