Rosemary Garlic Butter Wagyu

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Bring a pot of water to boil, cook the sweet potato dices for 4 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

Step 2
Let the wagyu steak sit at room temperature for 20 minutes, season both sides with salt and pepper and rub it evenly.

Step 3
In high heat, add 2 tbsp of oil to the pan and pan sear the steak until golden brown each side. Add garlic, rosemary and butter.

Step 4
Continue to flip the steak and baste with butter, cook until medium well (about 65 °C), off the heat and transfer to plate. Rest for 10 minutes.

Step 5
With the same pan, sauté the sweet potato dices, asparagus and yellow pepper until golden brown. Season with salt and paprika.

Step 6
Cut the steak and serve with the vegetables sides. Enjoy!
